About the presenter: Greg Dearsly is the Managing Director of First4Safety Ltd and has been involved in the provision of occupational safety and health advice and assistance for 15 years. During this time he held various health and safety related roles at Waste Management NZ and Transpacific Industries NZ including National HSEQ Manager for a period of six years. Greg helps various industries, including waste, civil construction, transport and infrastructure, develop their health and safety governance, leadership, and managements systems.

Greg holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from Massey University and he is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Business. He is a graded member of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management and is currently the NZISM representative on the Health and Safety Association of New Zealand’s Leadership team.
