Planning and Delivery Manager

This senior management role is responsible for the planning and delivery of all water, wastewater and stormwater assets and programmes of work. You’ll be responsible for leading, motivating and building the capability of a team to meet and exceed business plan targets while complying with the Council’s health, safety and environmental standards.
You will develop and drive quality improvement initiatives, leading the team to deliver Capital and Renewal Programmes, and develop and implement sound planning and asset management methodology. As a senior manager in the 3 Waters team, you will contribute to strategy, encourage cross-organisational working and decision-making, manage operational issues and deliver business improvements.
