Planning Manager and Contract Delivery Manager  (2 roles)

These new senior roles will join the 3 Waters Leadership team responsible for the effective delivery of the Council’s 3 Waters strategic, environmental and infrastructure maintenance and renewals programme.

The Planning Manager is responsible for leading the development of long term, sustainable strategies and plans, and translating this strategic work into programmes of work.

The Contract Delivery Manager is responsible for significant contracted works programmes through the delivery of advanced procurement strategy and contract management expertise. 

Both roles will be responsible for leading, motivating and building the capability of their teams to meet and exceed business plan targets, while complying with the Councils health, safety and environmental standards.

You will develop and drive quality improvement initiatives and lead the teams to deliver the City’s 3 Waters outcomes. As a Senior Leader in the 3 Waters team you will contribute to strategy, encourage cross-organisational working and decision-making, manage operational issues and deliver business improvements.
