Wastebusters is one of NZ’s most influential social enterprises. With over 50 employees in Central Otago two towns (Wanaka and Alexandra) and a $3m+ turn-over, Wastebusters is a highly successful business using a transformational business model to lead the way to zero waste.


Our GM has been offered an exciting zero waste opportunity in Wellington, so we need a new leader to guide us through these interesting times.


You’ll have 7+ years of leadership, entrepreneurship and management, with extensive experience in business development, team culture and strategic planning/delivery. You’ll be motivated by the shift to a circular economy. Epic dance moves are a bonus.
