Guy Smith – Chair of WasteMINZ H&S Steering Committee will present an overview and update of the CoPTTM (code of practice for temporary traffic management) and KCTL (kerbside traffic collection leader) Training the Trainer. As you may be aware, CoPTTM is currently undergoing a major review and Guy will discuss and present the proposed new section I for the waste industry which will replace the current section D7.3
He will talk us all through the CoPTTM review timeline, whether the proposal was accepted, if not why not, what industry needs to do until the updated CoPTTM is released, and discuss KCTL Train the Trainer.
This is a very important webinar, and we encourage you to register as many of your team as appropriate. The proposed section I which was created by a selected workgroup, will impact on your waste operations and you need to be clear of the expectations. There will be pre-webinar reading circulated to all registrants within the next two weeks. Please do take the time to review prior to the 24 March so that you can fully participate in the Q&A session.
Guy will also seek feedback from you while on the webinar regarding KCTL internal and external training capabilities and framework.
