Online training

This is a paid event - see registration fees below.

Barrister, Dr Mai Chen, a keynote at the recent WasteMINZ & ALGA Conference, was described by attendees as ‘inspirational’, ‘awesome’, and ‘knowledgeable’! Her very sobering, entertaining and hard-hitting keynote included some sage advice about lobbying the Government, something she helps her clients do regularly. Join Mai in this interactive online training, designed to draw on her considerable expertise and experience to:

  • Equip you with the knowledge of the government system, and law and policy making

  • Provide you with the skills, strategies, and confidence to engage effectively with the Government

  • Guide you as you work through real-life issues that your organisation needs to lobby on

  • Outline eight must-dos for lobbying

  • Answer your questions.

Whether you are new to lobbying or looking to sharpen your skills, this is the workshop for you.
