Speakers
Carmel Mangan, Investment Manager - Waste Investments. Carmel has worked in the Contaminated Land team at the Ministry for five years developing contaminated land policy and administering the Contaminated Sites Remediation Fund (CSRF). Carmel has recently joined the Waste Investment team to set up the new CSVLF. Carmel has a background in environmental chemistry and consulting, and in local government consenting the NESCS, and is based in Pōneke – Wellington.
Josh Wilson, Senior Investment Manager - Waste Investments. Josh has worked in the Waste Investments team at the Ministry for three years, working across waste minimisation funding and recently contaminated sites remediation funding. Josh has a background in working in local government and is based in Ōtepoti - Dunedin.
