E-newsletter advertisement

  • Place a banner ad or item in our WasteMINZ Circular or Events e-newsletters, sent out to our subscribers on alternate weeks.
  • Sponsor an item in the WasteMINZ Circular (approx. 100 words with an image and a link).
  • Promote your job vacancy in the WasteMINZ Circular to target others in the industry.

E-newsletter advertising

The WasteMINZ Circular is a fortnightly e-newsletter sent to our 1200+ subscribers, which includes key industry news, consultation and policy updates, and relevant case studies.

The WasteMINZ Events newsletter is sent to the same subscriber list on alternate weeks to the Circular, and shares updates about the events that WasteMINZ is running and other events relevant to our membership.

WasteMINZ Circular advertising options

Banner ad

Placed at the top of the e-newsletter. There is only one banner per edition, with a limit of three adverts per year per member.

Cost: $400 for 1 banner ad

  • Banner ads are required the Thursday prior to the upcoming Circular for inclusion.
  • Banner ads are to be horizontal rectangles – 600x150px.
  • Click-through statistics can be provided.

 

Sponsored item

Placed under the feature item of the Circular, a maximum of 150 words, one image and an external link. There is only one sponsored item per edition, with a limit of one sponsored item per year per member.

Cost: $450 for 1 sponsored item.

  • Content and images are required the Thursday prior to the upcoming Circular for inclusion.
  • It should include a 150 word article, one image and an external link.
  • Click-through statistics can be provided.

 

Job vacancy

Get the best applicants for your vacancy or opportunity. Includes a 100-word listing, your logo and a link to your job application webpage.

Cost: $100 for vacancy listing in one edition; $175 for listing in two editions

  • Content and images are required the Thursday prior to the upcoming Circular for inclusion.
  • It should include a 100-word article, your logo and a link to the job application.
  • It also includes a listing on WasteMINZ’s Industry Job webpage.

Website advertising

We have two options for our website advertising – a premium homepage pop-up and a webpage banner on your preferred page. Our website has a public-facing section, as well as a member portal. We receive approximately 10,000+ monthly website visits – the majority of which arrive via our homepage.

Premium homepage pop-up

Placed on the homepage. A limit of one pop-up at any one time. You can book these for 7 days at a time, for up to 4 weeks. Limited to two monthly slots per organisation per year (i.e. up to four weeks, two times per year).

Cost:

  • $500 for 1 homepage pop-up for 7 days
  • $950 for 1 homepage pop-up for 14 days
  • $1350 for 1 homepage pop-up for 21 days
  • $1700 for 1 homepage pop-up for 28 days.

Includes one graphic, a heading, a sentence and a link for more information.

 

Page-specific banner

Placed on your preferred webpage (subject to WasteMINZ’s discretion and excluding the Homepage).

A limit of three banners across the website at any one time. You can book these for 7 days at a time, for up to 4 weeks. Limited to two monthly slots per organisation per year (i.e. up to four weeks, two times per year).

Cost:

  • $350 for 1 banner for 7 days
  • $675 for 1 banner for 14 days
  • $975 for 1 banner pop-up for 21 days

Webinar and networking sponsorship

Networking events

Our popular networking events are hosted in different cities across Aotearoa New Zealand after each Board meeting (which are held four times a year). We have also just commenced running networking events in other regions. These events include nibbles and drinks, networking time, and two presentations.

Sponsorship benefits include promoting your organisation as part of the event promotion, hosting the event at your office (where applicable), and securing one of the presentation spots.

Webinar sponsorship

Share your message with our members through our popular webinars! We host approximately one to two free webinars per month for our members, with about 100 people registering for each webinar. This can increase, depending on the popularity of the topics. The webinar recordings are also uploaded to our member portal, so members can view them at any time.

Sponsorship benefits include promotion of your organisation as part of the webinar promotion, and the option to do a 2-minute presentation at the start of the webinar.

Limited to two webinar sponsorships per year per organisation.

Cost: $200 per webinar.

Conference exhibition and sponsorship opportunities

We have a number of sponsorship and exhibition options for WasteMINZ’s annual conference & expo, ranging from lanyards and networking events, to sponsoring the Awards for Excellence ceremony or gala dinner.

As well as marketing your company, products and services to 500+ conference attendees, we will also promote your organisation across our website, social media and other communications channels. Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for the 2026 Conference will be available from mid-October, 2025.
