She is humbled to lead such an incredible organisation and is deeply committed to collaborating with partners to drive meaningful impact on food waste and food insecurity in the communities they serve.

Blake Holgate, Head of Sustainable Business Development, Rabobank

BlakeHolgate2022Blake leads Rabobank’s Sustainable Business Development team, helping clients
manage increasing environmental, societal, and market risks. Blake also contributes to Rabobank’s government policy submissions on sector regulations and provides public commentary on key industry issues. Hailing from a sheep and beef farming family, he holds an MBA from Otago University and previously practised as an environmental lawyer specialising in resource management.

Sophie Wolland, LFHW NZ Programme Manager, WasteMINZ

Sophie WollandSophie is the Programme Manager for Love Food Hate Waste NZ, where she leads efforts
to reduce household food waste across New Zealand. With a background in public engagement, Sophie brings valuable expertise in connecting with diverse communities and driving meaningful change through effective campaigns.
