Elinor Thomas is the Senior Business Analyst – Reporting and Systems, at the Ministry for the Environment. She has worked in MfE’s Waste Investments for five years and has built a deep knowledge of waste related issues. Her recent role has been in developing and improving tools and processes to support MfE’s successful funding of environmental projects.
