WasteMINZ + ALGA Conference 2027
The CLM conference stream organising committee guides the development of the contaminated land and groundwater streams for the WasteMINZ and Australasian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) Conference 2027.
The Committee plays an important role in shaping a high quality and relevant programme that reflects emerging issues, industry priorities, innovation and best practice across New Zealand and Australia.
The committee's responsibilities include:
- Identifying workshop, training and technical session topics
- Recommending keynote speakers, panelists and presentation themes
- Reviewing abstracts and contributing to the presentation selection process
- Developing conference sessions from accepted abstracts
- Promoting the conference through professional networks and industry channels
- Providing strategic input on emerging issues, trends and opportunities relevant to the sector
The Committee will comprise representatives from WasteMINZ and ALGA and will be selected to ensure balanced representation from both organisations, while reflecting the diversity of expertise and experience across the contaminated land and groundwater sector.
Applications close 30th September 2026. All applications will be reviewed by the CLM steering committee to select the organising committee members.
