WasteMINZ and the Australasian Land & Groundwater Association (ALGA) called for nominations for the 2026 Conference CLM stream organising committee, and the nominations are now being considered.

This committee will guide the development of two streams dedicated to contaminated land and groundwater management.

The committee will consist of up to 12 WasteMINZ and ALGA members, carefully selected, to ensure both organisations’ members are equally represented and the committee represents the diversity and breadth of our sector in New Zealand and Australia.

 The committee’s responsibilities will include:

  • attending meetings
  • identifying the CLM workshop/training topic and associated content
  • identifying potential keynotes, speakers, panel discussion topics, panellists, and training session topics
  • reviewing and approving abstracts for presentations
  • grouping accepted abstracts into conference sessions
  • promoting the conference via your professional networks.
